All the eligible Candidates who have submitted Application Form on or before 13/07/2025 Up to 05:00 PM and who have raised grievances during 17/07/2025 to 19/07/2025 up to 5.00 PM are considered for Final Merit List and assigned a Merit Number.

1. Check the Final Merit Status through candidate’s Login & Verify the correctness of the Final Merit Number.

2. Candidate shall ensure that the information shown on the Final Merit details of his/her claims related with Name, Qualifying Marks, category, gender, reservation, special reservation made by himself/herself in the applications form are correct.

3. The VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC, SEBC Candidates who submitted receipt of "Non Creamy Layer Certificate" during registration, physical document verification and confirmation period should upload and verify original Non Creamy Layer Certificate at Scrutiny Center and submit original certificate to the admitted institute on or before 17/10/2025, upto 5.00 PM, otherwise these candidates admission will get automatically cancelled and shall be considered as Open category candidates for next institute level round provided candidate full fill eligibility criteria for open category.
   
   The EWS Candidates who submitted receipt of "EWS Certificate" during registration, physical document verification and confirmation period should upload and verify original EWS Certificate as per Proforma V of the information brochure at Scrutiny Center and submit original certificate to the admitted institute on or before 17/10/2025, upto 5.00 PM, otherwise these candidates admission will get automatically cancelled and shall be considered as Open category candidates for next institute level round provided candidate full fill eligibility criteria for open category.
   
   The ST Candidates who submitted receipt of "Tribe Validity Certificate" during registration, physical document verification and confirmation period should upload and verify original Tribe Validity Certificate at Scrutiny Center and submit original certificate to the admitted institute on or before 17/10/2025, upto 5.00 PM, otherwise these candidates admission will get automatically cancelled and shall be considered as Open category candidates for next institute level round provided candidate full fill eligibility criteria for open category.
   
   

4. In later stage, if it is found that the seat allotted to the candidate on the false claims made in the application by the candidate, then such allotment/admission taken in the allotted institute shall be cancelled automatically.

5. The merit list gives the relative position of the candidate and it does not guarantee admission to any course/ institute.

6. In order to participate in the CAP (subject to fulfillment of the eligibility requirements of respective CAP round), it is MANDATORY to fill & Confirm the Online Option Form through Candidates Login for respective CAP Round. Check Schedule of Activities on website.
